Behave yourself, be friendly and don't insult others, respect other players. We are not responsible for any vulgar or offensive language, or anything that may offend anyone in general.
The Instructions from an Administrator and Moderator are to be followed at all times.
Bugs and errors in the system or problems are to be reported immediately . Should you refrain from doing so, Rules K and L apply immediately.
It is necessary to obey the chat etiquette - this is to be followed at all times.
You are not allowed to criticize other players (in chat rooms, private messages or whispers), they all use the mechanism of the game. You are also not allowed to criticise the game. Should such offence be reported against you, rules K and L come into force
New character rules in the Forum, introduced by the Administrators, are binding and final, again, in the form described in the Rules and Regulations.
The Owner/Licensee for the game has the irrevocable right, to block or disable your account without any warning or any statement from them as to the reasons why your account has been blocked or disabled.
If an Account is gagged, removed, locked or cancelled , there is no claim for any refund of the purchased game currency or to your Premium account.
Who uses knowingly Bugs (Mistakes), to get a advantage, he will automatic losses his legal right to take part at this game. A play exclusion can be imposed also with appropriate behaviour in the forum or chat, as well as following reasons already described
Account sitting is not allowed. Offences against these arrangements will be treated as for a multiple account.
Support request will be worked on as soon and fast as possible. The support is a pure service; To a immediate processing there is no privilege. The support request will be done as they arrive.
Annoyances: Annoyances which are game oriented, which happens through there rate, are not useful. Among them falls also the sending of lots or annoying ingame messages to one or many users like repeating start and withdrawn attacks or spy missions. Abuses against these rules will be handled with a Warning/Blocking.
Each player is only allowed to own 1 account at any one time. Multiple accounts will be blocked. Accounts, which are just used for building up other accounts, whether active or not, come also under that Rule. If there are more players under the same IP address (for example: schools, hostels, families), evidence is to be submitted, that these accounts were used by more persons than one. In particular similarities to the IP are to avoid. Furthermore it is forbidden to access or match fix through a foreign account. If you want to play with more than 1 person her on the same ip address you need a Trust, this can be applied by the support (Support-Ticket)!
Pornographies or other non legal notes, Country names, Texts, pictures are forbidden!
Arrangements, that cause excessive traffic or are able to corrupt the game play, are not permitted. Forbidden are particularly automatic or semi-automatic scripts, which make special requests to the data base to achieve other game mechanics. An offence against it will lead to the immediate exclusion from the game. A refund for the caused damage plus an administration charge will be made. Therefore we will close every account, which has massive and purposely offended against the game play itself!
A compensation will NOT be paid for server issues, negotiations will NOT be entered in to, Admin decisions are final!
Spreading false information to the reputation of the game will have legal consequences to the user!
CAPS, smiley’s and other special letters are meant to enhance your conversation, for example if you want to shout ONE word you can do this but any more than one word or whole sentences in CAPS is against the chat rules.
Swearing will not be tolerated! Swearing of any kind is an offence. This includes censoring with stars (****) where real words should be, abbreviations (e.g. lmfao) which have letters which may be considered as swearing and made up words which imply swearwords. This is offensive to some people who wish to have nice and friendly conversations. Topics related to drugs, violence, pornography or racism are strictly against the rules and will be tracked down. Remember children play this game too.
If someone refuses to obey the rules ignore that person, do not discuss it since it might annoy others as well and make the situation worse. That person will get bored soon, if he/she still does not stop use the support system or ask a mod for help. If the person violates rule 10 write a ticket to the support. Include the name of the person, the date (and time) and the topic.
You are not anonymous even if you think so. Your IP address will be logged. The chat owner can contact your provider and redirect everything to the police if necessary.
Every kind of external link no matter where it goes is NOT allowed in any of the chat rooms no matter what time of the day it is. Feel free to create a topic in our forums to share these. Only links to Looki websites are allowed.
Moderators have the irreparable right to gag (muted disabled from writing in chat) you from the game without any warning and without any previous information for reasons. The minimum gag is 24hrs but this may be extended when frequent mutes have to be enforced.
Updates and Rules can and will be announced in the Forum at anytime without prior warning. You as the user have the responsibility to watch forum posts in order to keep yourself informed.
